What is a "cookie" file? "Cookies" are short text information/files saved on your computer, phone, or tablet by websites you visit. They are encrypted so unauthorized persons cannot access them. They can be read by us (as the Controller) and by trusted partner systems.

For what purpose do we use "cookies"? Cookies fulfill many functions:

  • Ensuring security: Authentication and preventing unauthorized access to the client panel.

  • Impact on processes and efficiency: Ensuring the site works smoothly and settings are remembered between visits.

  • Session state: Saving info on how visitors use the site (e.g., most viewed pages, error identification) to improve services .

  • Maintaining session state: Keeping a client logged in when navigating subpages.

  • Creating statistics: Analyzing usage (visitor count, duration, content interest) via Google Analytics . Google Analytics pixels may also help display relevant content in Google services.

Importantly, many cookies are anonymized and do not allow us to identify your identity.
